Florida woman arrested after 2-year-old daughter found high, ‘tweaking’ on meth

A Florida mom was arrested this week after her 2-year-old daughter was found inside a hospital drugged up and “tweaking” from meth, authorities said.   Debra Scott, 29, took her toddler to an emergency room in Marion County on March 21 and told hospital workers the girl was “acting crazy” and swinging her arms, bouncing off walls and staying up for hours, according to the Levy County Sheriff’s Office.   But a medical exam revealed the toddler had symptoms common with adults who are “tweaking” from the potent and highly addictive drug, officials said.
