Patty Morin’s daughter, Rachel, a 37-year-old mother-of-five, was found dumped in a drain near a scenic trail in Maryland 18 months ago and an illegal immigrant from El Salvador has been charged with her murder. His trial is due to start with jury selection Tuesday.
