An Oregon neighborhood has been soaked with intrigue for months since a mysterious man started depositing jugs of pee in their recycling bins under the cover of darkness — and one resident hopes he can flush the suspect out. “It is tragically gross,” said Alex Van Duyn, a northeast Portland resident who came home one day last September to find city services hadn’t emptied the full recycling bins he’d dragged out that morning.
