Sean “Diddy” Combs will argue at his upcoming racketeering trial that he was merely a “swinger” and not the depraved sex fiend that feds have made him out to be, his lawyer revealed Friday. “There’s a lifestyle, call it swingers or whatever you will, that he thought was appropriate because it was common,” Combs’ attorney Marc Agnifilo said at a pre-trial hearing for the disgraced music mogul in Manhattan federal court. “Many people think it’s appropriate because it’s common,” Agnifilo added.
