Chilling footage shows the mom accused of slitting her 11-year-old son’s throat after a trip to Disneyland being arrested — with blood splattered on her hands. Saritha Ramaraju, 48, appeared distant, as if in a trance, as she calmly walks towards police officers with their guns drawn on the deck of a California motel while holding a phone to her ear, police bodycam footage obtained by Law & Crime shows. The dazed mom, wearing a polka dot sweater and no shoes, steps towards the cops silently and gives herself up without a fight.
