An illegal migrant cut loose by the Biden administration has been accused of raping a 13-year-old Florida boy who was playing hide-and-seek with his younger brother behind his home, authorities said. Samuel Cobos-Carmona, a 20-year-old Mexican national, allegedly confessed to sexually assaulting the victim after he “befriended” him and his 8-year-old brother while they were playing the game on April 13, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office. The creep then started playing hide-and-seek with the boys.
