New York City FC are celebrating their 10th anniversary season with new kits that are drawing inspiration from the city the team calls home. On Wednesday, the MLS club revealed its new home uniform, which has been dubbed the “Excelsior Kit” and features a nod to the reflective nature of the glass and steel of New York City’s iconic skyline — and which The Post got an exclusive look at prior to its release. The jersey will also feature a commemorative patch that reads “New York City Football Club since 2015.
