MONTREAL — Already, Team Canada is down a man. Golden Knights defenseman Shea Theodore will miss the rest of the 4 Nations Face-Off after suffering an apparent right wrist injury early in the second period of Canada’s 4-3 overtime victory over Sweden, coach Jon Cooper said. That means Travis Sanheim — who was an extra Wednesday — will be in the lineup the rest of the way, with Canada down to six defensemen.
