Suffolk County cops helped deliver a baby girl Monday after an expectant mom went into labor on the side of the highway — and in the middle of a storm, according to officials. Three brand new officers responded to a 911 call reporting a woman in active labor on the side of Sunrise Highway in Shirley, Long Island at 6:11 p. m.
