  A convicted felon allegedly charged at cops in Brooklyn and acted like he had a gun — prompting officers to open fire, hitting the suspect twice, officials said Jamaul Bobb, who has four prior arrests including one for allegedly slashing two people with a scissors in Manhattan in January, at first fled when he was approached by officers Friday night in East Flatbush, authorities said. The cops were responding to a 911 call of a domestic assault with a knife when they encountered Bobb, 29, who allegedly ran for 2 1/2 blocks before he suddenly turned around and lunged. 4 Police offiers were responding to a domestic assault in Brooklyn when a man allegedly charged at them like he had a gun and they shot him, officials said.
