A Canadian wacko was arrested for walking around Disneyland buck naked — terrifying visitors while on a drug-fueled bender, according to cops and video. Footage circulating online shows the man, who was allegedly high on drugs, on top of Tiana’s Palace, a Cajun restaurant inspired by “The Princess and the Frog,” in the park’s New Orleans Square on Saturday. 3 The man was charged with trespassing and public nudity.
