A Georgia woman was arrested after investigators uncovered disturbing footage of a toddler in her care hogtied with belts and yarn – just months after she was cuffed for giving the child weed, cops said. Brooke Morgan Bestpitch, 24, was collared Friday on child cruelty charges after the horrific videos and photos also showed the deranged Alto woman yanking the child by the neck with a dog leash, according to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, Fox 5 Atlanta reported. Police launched an investigation in December upon learning of “abusive activities” in a Hall County home.
