A Las Vegas man wanted for the 2023 murder of his girlfriend was arrested in Mexico — where he has been accused of killing another woman. Oswaldo Perez-Sanchez is accused of fatally shooting his girlfriend, Tabatha Tozzi, 26, after an argument in April 2023, and immediately fleeing, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said. Authorities searched for Perez-Sanchez for two years, with the FBI joining the investigation after a year — only for authorities in Villa Fontana, Culiacán, to arrest him on April 7 in connection with the death of another woman, Vivian Karely.
