Tyler Shough became the first quarterback selected on day two of the NFL Draft — and his dog was very happy about it. The Louisville quarterback went No. 40 overall to the New Orleans Saints, becoming the first QB off the board after the Giants traded back in to take Jaxson Dart late in Round 1.
