Driver caught on video hopping into car and running over repo man’s head as worker tried to seize vehicle

Shocking video captured the moment a deranged Tennessee driver allegedly ran over the head of a repo man who was trying to hook up a car to a tow truck. The victim, who goes by the name Phil Pacman Guy, miraculously survived being rolled over, allegedly by motorist Nicholas Wray, 34, who tried to stop the repossession at University Gardens Manor apartments in Memphis Wednesday morning, according to the Memphis Police Department.   The now-viral footage showed the victim underneath the red Ford Focus when Wray ran towards the car, jumped into the driver’s seat and barreled over the victim’s head and torso.
