The Lioness is poised to receive the UFC’s top honor, but she’s hungry for more. Amanda Nunes, the former two-division UFC champion who retired from fighting nearly two years ago and is considered by many to be the women’s MMA GOAT, was announced Saturday night in Miami as the latest member of the UFC Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025. The announcement in the arena, which the broadcast team said on air was a surprise to Nunes, during UFC 314 brought the fighting legend to tears.
