If cleanliness is next to godliness, then NYC’s basically heaven on Earth (kinda).   Despite its vermin, trash-lined streets and only-in-New York smells, the Big Apple did not rank as one of the top 10 “Dirtiest Cities in America. ” It’s a miracle on 34th Street — and it’s not even Christmas.
